United Methodist Women
Come enjoy meeting other Methodist women...
then enjoy sharing one another's "brown bag" lunch the 2nd Tuesday
of each month and fellowship with women seeking to find a Christ centered life.
We meet in the Ashcraft Fellowship Hall here at Dominguez UMC.
We begin with business related to our mission work followed by
a program involving women of our unit.
WE ARE COMMITTED:
By our Prayers - that we will grow and renew our relationship with God and others.
Our Time - that we will respond to human need through study, reflection ad action.
Our financial gifts - that we will share in the global ministries of the United Methodist Church through the United Methodist Women of Dominguez.
WE CELEBRATE MISSION:
We will make the most of learning opportunities and mission education events.
We will expand concepts of mission, including social justice as mission.
We will engage in mission studies.
We will read Response Magazine.
We will be empowered by the history and heritage of United Methodist Women.
